The relationship between you and Blue Water Aquatics is referred to as "employment at will". This means that employment with Blue Water Aquatics can be terminated at any given moment for any reason, with or without direct cause and/or notice by you or Blue Water Aquatics. No representative of Blue Water Aquatics has the right nor authority to enter into any given agreement contrary to the foregoing "employment at will" relationship. You (the applicant) understand that your employment is strictly "at will", and that you acknowledge that no oral, written statements, or representations regarding your employment at Blue Water Aquatics can alter your "at will" employment status, except for a written statement signed by you and the President or Director of Operations of Blue Water Aquatics.
