Job Summary
As an Aquatic Applicator Assistant, you will support our licensed applicators in maintaining and improving the health of lakes and ponds. This hands-on field role involves assisting with aquatic vegetation treatments, equipment preparation, and site assessments while learning the fundamentals of aquatic management. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience and develop a career in the aquatic management industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist licensed applicators with aquatic herbicide and algaecide treatments.

Prepare and maintain treatment equipment, boats, and vehicles.

Help perform lake and pond inspections to identify vegetation and water conditions.

Assist with loading, transporting, and organizing materials and supplies.

Maintain accurate treatment logs and field documentation.

Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license required.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Ability to lift equipment and materials as needed.

Interest in environmental work, landscaping, or aquatic management preferred.
