Kirk has been working in nuisance aquatic plant management industry since 1994. Kirk is the owner and president of Blue Water Aquatics since 2002.

Kirk holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Veterinary Technology as well as Biology. Kirk is a licensed applicator with MDARD to apply aquatic pesticides in Michigan's waterbodies.

Derek has been working with Blue Water Aquatics since 2021. Derek is a licensed applicator with MDARD to apply aquatic pesticides in Michigan's waterbodies.

Tristan has been working with Blue Water Aquatics since 2022. Tristan is a licensed applicator with MDARD to apply aquatic pesticides in Michigan's waterbodies.
